About ME

Healthy Well-Being

Chronic pain and movement limitation mean that you enjoy your life less.  I help to find what is causing you pain and what you want to be able to do physically. I try to help you heal your body through massage so you can live your fullest life.

Maximize Movement & Range of Motion

I help your body to restore mobility through concentrated, specialized massages and stretches. My patients typically find their range of motion  improves and muscle tension is eased after a session.

Experienced Knowledge

I've been a Nationally certified LMT since 2003. I have been living in the Vail Valley for over a decade. I am an avid biker, hiker, snowboarder, dirt biker, surfer and love anything outdoors. I have worked in physical therapy settings in Vail as a massage therapist, providing me vast knowledge of the benefits of massage for sports injuries.  I am now able to bring affordable massage to you. My uniquely developed bodywork style integrates Swedish, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point, Myofascial, Connective Tissue Release, Pre-Natal and Sports massage. I  work with the understanding that we all have the innate ability to heal.  With my portable equipment, I bring the luxury of massage to you. It allows more time for you to relax, rejuvenate, and restore by offering convenience and affordability.

What To Expect From Your Massage

  • It’s time to relax. I am committed to providing a calm, stress-free experience, every time. Here’s what you can expect. I will review with you, and discuss the reasons for your visit and any specific areas you would like to address during your massage.

  •  I will leave the room to allow you to disrobe and lay down on the table under the top sheet. You may prefer to completely disrobe or remain partially clothed. During your session, I will only uncover the area of your body being worked on.

  • Communication is key to receiving the most effective treatment for achieving your relaxation and wellness goals. You can receive either a customized full-body massage for general relaxation or stress reduction, or a treatment focusing on specific parts of your body.

  •  During your massage, relax your muscles and your mind. Breathe normally and try not to tighten or contract your muscles. I will ask you to let me know if any of the techniques are causing discomfort or pain.

  •  When your massage is complete, I will wait outside the room so you may dress. When you’re ready, I will wait for you to exit the and pack up my table. Please drink lots of water.

Why Massage?

Make Massage A Habit

Regular massages help you do more of what you love. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a mom and entrepreneur, your daily grind adds stress to your body. Let's talk about who you are and what challenges your life presents to design a massage session around you each and every visit.

Your Body Will Thank You

Regular massages aren't a luxury. They're an integral part of your well-being. Schedule a session to get started on your well-being journey

Massages That Move You

Whatever life throws at you, it’s the daily wear and tear that takes its toll on your body. Massage does more than just relax the body and calm the mind. Regular treatments give you the time to check in and tune up to help you be ready for more of this wonderful thing we call living.

Massage Reduces Stress

Stress has a lot to do with the tension you feel in your shoulders; it can also affect your heart and your blood pressure. Working out muscle tension during a massage makes chronic pain, as well as acute or short-term stress, much easier to overcome.

Massage Improves Posture

Bad posture can quickly become a bad habit – massage loosens muscles and joints to reinforce the body's natural movements.

Massage Increases Circulation

Muscle tension constricts your circulation. Massage helps release those chronically tense and tightened muscles to increase blood flow and help flush toxins out of your body.
